US Former Defense Minister William J. Perry on War & Peace with Taiwanese youth

Dr. William J. Perry, former US Defense Minister, visited Taiwan and shared his insights on the topic of war and peace with the youth in Taiwan on April 13, 2018. The dialogue was jointly held by the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) and Taipei City Government. Mayor KE Wen-je of Taipei City delivered welcome remarks and Professor LIN Wen-cheng of National Sun Yat-sen University joined the discussion. Other attendees included AFR former board director Dr. Jaw-ling Joanne
