Date/Time: October 5 (Wed.), 2016, 15:15 - 17:00
Venue: Gamla torget 3, 3rd Floor, Uppsala University UCRS Library
About the Panel:
Most of the recent focus on the South China Sea territorial dispute has revolved around political, strategic and legal contentions between China and the US. An often ignored key actor, Taiwan, still owns the largest natural island in the Spratly Islands. Taiwan’s attitude and policy toward the South China Sea, has the potential to trigger a change also in China-US competition in the area.
