Speech on “Mission Impossible - Bitter and Sweet Memories of My Time in Diplomatic Service

Ambassador R. T. Yang (楊榮藻), Member of the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR), will deliver a speech on “Mission Impossible - Bitter and Sweet Memories of My Time in Diplomatic Service" in Taipei City on the morning of June 3, 2016. 
It is the forth in the series of International Participation Lectures, which are co-organized by the AFR and the English Taught Program in International Business of Shih Chien University and take place respectively on Fridays of May 13, 20, 27, and June 3, 2016. 
Ambassador Yang, AFR Member, served as Representative to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Tel-Aviv, Israel, and Consul General to the Consulate-General of the Republic of China in Cape Town, South Africa. He also served as Director General to the Department of European Affairs, Deputy Director General, Department of Information and Cultural Affairs, Chief of Second Section of the Department of North American Affairs, and Deputy Director of Secretariat Division,
Coordination Council for North American Affairs of the ROC Foreign Ministry.
