Speech on “Finnish Experience - Reflections of an R.O.C. Diplomat

Ambassador Ming-yen Wu (吳明彥), Supervisor of the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) will deliver a speech on “Finnish Experience - Reflections of an R.O.C. Diplomat" in Taipei City on the morning of May 27, 2016. It is the third in the series of International Participation Lectures, which are co-organized by the AFR and the English Taught Program in International Business of Shih Chien University and take place respectively on Fridays of May 13, 20, 27 and June 3, 2016. 
Ambassador Wu, AFR Supervisor, served as Ambassador to the Bahamas, Representative to the Taipei Representative Office in Finland, Representative to the Taipei Mission in Sweden, Representative to the Trade Mission of the Republic of China in Fiji and Chief of Secretariat for the National Security Council in the Office of the President. He was also Director-General of the Telegraph Communication Office, Director-General of the Archives and Data-processing Office, and Counsellor and acting Secretary-General of the ROC Foreign Ministry.
