Taiwan’s External and Internal Policy Environment in 2015
2014-10-23
Conference on
Taiwan’s External and Internal Policy Environment in 2015
October 28, 2014

Regional and domestic issues in East Asia have always materially affected Taiwan's external and internal policies.

With 2014 coming to a close, AFR, in partnership with both The Center for East Asian Policy Studies at the Brookings Institution and the Taipei Forum Foundation, is honored to co-organize a conference on Taiwan's external and internal policy environment to discuss the future development and possible consequences of Taiwan's domestic and foreign policy. The conference will take place on October 28, 2014.

We have invited ROC Minister of Foreign Affairs, David Lin, to offer a keynote speech. We are also welcoming several distinguished scholars from Japan, South Korea, the US, and Mainland China to talk about issues of regional economics, democratic governance, and cross-Strait relations.

Lunch will be served during the conference. Questions will be taken from the audience at the end of each panel. By invitation only.
