【Pictures】 UK House of Commons MPs visit AFR
Nigel Evans MP, co-chairman of the UK Parliamentary Taiwan-British Group, led a UK Lower House delegation to visit the Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) on July 27, 2015. The UK delegation was received by Ambassador Louis W. H. Tzen, AFR Vice Chairman. 
Ambassador Mien-sheng HSU, president of the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs; AFR secretary-general Kwei-bo Huang; AFR vice secretary-general Judy C. F. Chang; Professor Bih-jaw LIN of National Chengchi University; Professor Wei-hwa CHEN of Ming Chuan University; and Professor Mei-chua WEI of National Chengchi University were also present at the meeting. 
Evans indicated at the beginning of the meeting that the current UK parliamentary delegation to Taiwan outnumbered those of the previous years. Lively discussions wre held around Taiwan’s commerce and trade, national security and cross-Strait relations. Click here to see more pictures.
