本會與台中市政府教育局在109年簽署合作備忘錄，每年邀請退休外交大使來台中與學生分享外交經驗。本次邀請到令狐大使演講，其駐外經驗豐富，曾派駐加拿大、洛杉磯及馬紹爾群島等，也曾任外交部政務次長、北美司司長。期待透過大使精彩的外交經歷分享，激發學子對外交事務的興趣，並培養國際視野。同時，希望同學能擁有開闊的「接軌亞太、放眼全世界」的觀點，並深入探討台灣的地緣關係。

The Association signed a memorandum of cooperation with the Taichung Municipal Government's Education Bureau in 109 years, inviting retired diplomatic ambassadors to Taichung every year to share diplomatic experience with students. This time, I am invited to give a speech to Ambassador Ling Fu. He is experienced abroad. He has been sent to Canada, Los Angeles, and the Marshall Islands, etc. He also served as Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and Director of North Looking forward to inspiring students' interest in foreign affairs and fostering international perspective through the Ambassador's wonderful diplomatic experience.
