3/5 (週二)「亞太千里論壇」(Asia-Pacific Forward Forum) 系列演講的第二場，邀請到前日本防衛廳官房長、內閣官房副長官補，柳澤協二先生 (現任日本 NPO 國際地政學研究所所長) 以「從日本看臺灣海峽有事」為題發表主題演講。
主題演講摘要：
在日本，臺灣有事 = 日本有事的看法被廣泛流傳。但是，這其中缺少一個觀點，即 1. 臺灣有事是什麼 2. 如何迴避臺灣有事。我想和臺灣的人們一起思考『為了避免戰爭應該做些什麼』
主題演講後，將由中野晃一教授 (日本上智大學) 和黃介正教授 (淡江大學) 評論。除主題演講，論壇將由黃介正教授 (淡江大學) 擔任對談主持人，邀請到中野晃一教授 (日本上智大學)，江藤祥平教授 (日本一橋大學)，何思慎教授 (輔仁大學) 和松田浩道教授 (日本國際基督教大學) 以「日本行使集體自衛權和臺灣有事：法理與現實」為題深度對談。

3/5 (Tuesday) The second session of the Asia-Pacific Forward Forum series of speeches, invited Mr. Yazawa, former Chief Secretary of the Japanese Defense Agency and Deputy Chief of the Cabinet Office, Mr. Yazawa (now Director of the NPO International Institute of Land Science in Japan) to deliver a keynote speech on the topic "Looking at the Taiwan Strait from Japan".
Summary of Keynote Speech:
In Japan, the view that something is happening in Taiwan = something is happening in Japan is widely circulated. However, one point missing from this is 1. What's going on in Taiwan 2. How to avoid something in Taiwan. I want to think with people in Taiwan "what should be done to avoid war"
After the Keynote Speech, there will be comments by Prof. Koichi Nakano (Shizhi University, Japan) and Prof. Jiezheng Huang (Tanjiang University). In addition to the keynote speech, the forum will be hosted by Professor Huang Kaizheng (Tamjiang University) and invited Prof. Koichi Nakano (Shitji University, Japan), Professor Xianghei Eito (Iibashi University, Japan), Professor He Sisan (Furen University) and Professor Hodao Matsuda (Japan International Christian University) for in-depth talks on the topic "Japan's exercise of collective self-defense and Taiwan's affairs: law and reality
