中華民國自1911年辛亥革命成功，立國迄今已經邁向第113年。在這113年裡，我中央政府已歷經東征、北伐、抗日、剿匪等諸多重大戰役與國家級的內亂動盪事件，由於全國的民心向背與支持，另加上全國的軍公教堅守崗位、努力不懈及全國士農工商民的共體時艱、刻苦耐勞，才使得我們國家挺過抗日戰爭近乎亡國的危機;以及國共內戰近乎覆敗的民主政體。自民國38年政府遷台後，我國民政府勵精圖治，才使得台澎金馬渡過諸多難關而成為亞洲民主的燈塔與世界經貿的標竿。
然而自政府遷台75年以來，受到世局的演變及影響，我們國家也隨著大時代的滾輪，無論在政治、經貿、軍事等亦有相當大的變動與調整，以適應世局潮流。但在民主政治方面隨著台獨思想的喚起，而使得二度政黨輪替的民進黨政府於民國105年再度獲得政權後，即逆行倒施，其危及國家安全、民眾福祉、社會安定、經貿發展、司法再造、外交困境、破壞中華文化、失當教育等等的政策與措施，所展現的負面效果真是罄竹難書、無以復加﹗
故於民國113年的總統大選結果，會深深地影響到中華民國未來的生存
與否及亞洲區域安全和平之所繫。而中共欲於今年底對我終止ECFA協議，如民進黨獲得總統勝選，中共可依協議文本第16條終止本協議，且雙方應在終止通知發出之日起30日內開始協商，如協商又未獲共識，發出終止通知之日起180天，協議即失效。此舉如發生將重挫我對外經貿獲益，且全般影響我國家安全及發展。
在國際世局演變之際，近三年來美國與中共高強度的競爭舉措，已使中華民國遭受到諸多的國安影響，尤以中共戰機、船艦、航母群等已大量進入我防空識別區（ADIZ）及實施各類軍事演習為甚。已嚴重影響我國家安全及亞太區域和平。
習近平於2023年11月訪美舊金山參加APEC會議之際，受邀於11月15日在「美國友好團體聯合歡迎宴會」上的演講前段，即特別提及：「陳納德將軍帶領美國志願者奔赴中國戰場，組成了著名的飛虎隊。他們不僅直接對日本侵略者作戰，還建起了向中國運送急需物資的駝峰航線，1000多名中美機組人員犧牲在這條航線上。日本偷襲珍珠港後，1942年美國空軍16架B-25轟炸機奔襲日本，由於油料不足，杜立特中校等飛行員在中國棄機跳傘，中國軍民奮勇救助，日軍竟因此屠殺了25萬中國平民……」。各位讀者，「習」之所以提及的歷史乃我中華民國抗日之光榮史實，與中共毫無關係，而 「習」挪用我們的光榮史實去向美示好，乃希望陸、美能緩和過去數年劍拔弩張的緊張態勢，而回到之前有對話的機制以解決雙方諸多之待解決的問題。基此，期望我們可向大陸方面表達請其減少在我ADIZ的軍事活動，以維持台海的和平乃有助於日後雙方的經貿、文化、學術、政治、體育等交流;否則，如民進黨繼續主政，則現有的國情定會持續惡化且不敢想像未來會如何。
各位敬愛的鄉親與同胞們，自明、清起，我們大家的家庭在這個寶島上已歷經了十幾代，而中華民國政府遷台亦已75年了，隨政府遷台的同胞們也有三到四代的子孫們，我們彼此曾經共患難、共甘苦、共同打拼過，我們所追求的目標就是國家平安、同胞和樂、全民均裕、子孫永康。
如此，我們的子孫們才能有後福，則祖先榮之﹗民族幸之﹗我輩安之﹗
