台中市盧秀燕市長邀請本會會長林永樂大使、常務理事令狐榮達大使及資深顧問張良任大使擔任國際事務委員，並由令狐大使擔任委員會執行長。希將將來在國際交流，城市外交，偏鄉教育，教育多元化方面，協會能與台中市繼續保持合作互動。

Taichung City 盧秀燕 Mayor invited Ambassador Lin Yongle, the President of the Council, Ambassador Fu Rongda, and Senior Advisor Ambassador Zhang Liangren as members of the International Affairs Committee, and Ambassador Ling Fox as CEO of the Committee. It is hoped that in the future, the association will continue to maintain cooperation and interaction with Taichung City in the areas of international exchanges, city diplomacy, rural education, and educational diversity.
