本會會員許懷聰公使（前 Taiwan in Finland副代表）今日應邀前往中原大學「台灣與世界」通識課演講。許公使以「中小國家安全戰略—新加坡、芬蘭為例」為題，分別介紹兩國的歷史和政經背景，並傳授國家安全的基本概念和兩方的國安策略。最後，公使將精心挑選的書籍贈送給提問的學子，期待藉此增進學生對於國際關係的認識與興趣。
Our member Minister Hsu Huaiicong (former Taiwan in Finland deputy representative) was invited to speak at the "Taiwan and the World" general education class at Central Plains University today. Under the title of "Size and Medium National Security Strategy - Singapore and Finland as examples", Minister Xu introduced the historical and political and economic background of the two countries respectively, and taught the basic concepts of national security and the national security strategies of the two sides. Finally, the minister presents carefully selected books to the students who ask questions, hoping to increase students' awareness and interest in international relations.
