In honor of her parents’ dedication and passion for international affairs, the counselor and the former spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Anna A. Kao, established the “Hansen Shen Kao and Tan Fang-Ming Kao International Exchange Memorial Scholarship" in cooperation with National Taiwan University. The Scholarship aims to benefit students from NTU pursuing overseas research and internships.
President Prof. Wen-Chang Chen attended the event. Other attendees included Chairman Dr. Tan Sun Chen of the Prospect Foundation (former Minister of Foreign Affairs), Chairman David Y.L. Lin of the Association of Foreign Relations (former Minister of Foreign Affairs), Prof. Tung Shen (the former Vice President for International Affairs and the former CEO of The Language Training & Testing Center [LTTC]), and Prof. Hsin-Ying Li (CEO of the LTTC).

The Scholarship aims to benefit students from NTU pursuing overseas research and internships.
