今年6月份，一位法國17歲非裔少年在巴黎郊區遭到員警射殺。隨後造成的暴動可能造成法國經濟損失高達10億歐元，危急程度甚至達到需由馬克宏總理親自召開「國家安全會議」。

The fuse of France's worst riots in 18 years
In June this year, a 17 year old African-American French boy was shot dead by police in a Paris suburb. The resulting riots could cost the French economy as much as 1 billion euros, reaching the level of a “national security conference” called by Prime Minister Macron himself.
This is the worst riots in France in 18 years. What is the cause of the riots? How does France's low fertility rate, colonial history in Africa, the Russian-Urban war, and global high inflation relate to this event?
