本會常務理事令狐榮達大使(前駐馬紹爾群島共和國特命全權大使)前往馬紹爾駐中華民國大使館拜會馬紹爾駐中華民國使館侯任大使卡蒂爾(Amb. Anjanette Kabua Kattil；現Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Republic of the Marshall Islands馬國外貿部次長)及副館長/臨時代辦戴安珍（Chargé d'Affaires a.i. Ms. Anjanette Celles Anjel）會面敍舊。
即將就任的卡蒂爾大使之前曾任駐我國大使舘副舘長；而名也叫Anjanette的現任副舘長是令狐大使2007 年派駐馬紹爾群島時所薦選的外交獎學金留學生，她於淡江大學畢業後，學成歸國，返馬國外交部工作。卡蒂爾的千金跟隨她的腳步，本年亦於淡江大學完成學業，是故卡蒂爾大使在就任之前特別訪台參加女兒的畢業典禮。
The Executive Director of the Council ordered Ambassador Fu Rongda (former Ambassador Plenipotentiary to the Republic of the Marshall Islands) to visit the Marshall Islands at Republic of China Ambassador-designate Amb. Anjanette Kabua Kattil; now Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Republic of the Marshall Islands Deputy Director of Foreign Trade of Malaysia) and Deputy Director/Professional Office Charg gé d'Affaires a.i. Ms. Anjanette Celles Anjel.
The incoming Ambassador Katil was previously the ambassador to our country, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs. The current deputy director, also named Anjanette, is a foreign policy scholarship student selected by Ambassador Fox when she was posted to the Marshall Islands in 2007. After graduating from Tamjiang University, she returned home to work in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malaysia. Cartier's daughter followed in her footsteps and completed her studies at Tamjiang University this year, so Ambassador Cartier made a special visit to Taiwan to attend her daughter's graduation ceremony before taking office.
