中華大學連續5年與 對外關係協會【Association of Foreign Relations】 合作開設大使通識課程，日前邀請到現任對外關係協會會長、前外交部長林永樂到校和師生暢談台灣的東南亞策略。

For 5 consecutive years, Chinese University has launched a general education program for ambassadors with 對外關係協會【Association of Foreign Relations】 and recently invited the current president of the Association for Foreign Relations and former Foreign Minister Lin Yongle to the school to talk to teachers and students about Taiwan's Southeast Asia strategy.
