#青年外交國際事務研習營 的最後一場在昨天正式完結了！今天我們邀請到了前外交部長、如今擔任 對外關係協會【Association of Foreign Relations】 會長的 #林永樂 部長 來分享他在涉外事務上面的經驗！
林永樂部長細數了中華民國涉外事務的重要因素，包含對美關係、對日關係、對歐關係、對東協的政策、以及兩岸關係在這其中的影響。部長也分享了在他任內達成的「#民國百年 #百國免簽」重大成就，以及在WHA世界衛生大會、ICAO國際民航組織的實質參與，鉅細靡遺的分享了許多不為人知的秘密歷程。
未來所的創辦人 陳以信 委員也從他過去擔任總統府發言人的角度切入，分析了過去二十年美中台關係的變化。從台海飛彈危機、溫家寶與小布希的會面、到馬習會、川普上台等不同時機點的因素對美中台關係的影響。
在QA環節，有同學詢問俄烏戰爭接下來的走向、有些同學問了駐外武官與文官之間的關係、亦有同學好奇總統與外交部長之間的互動，部長與委員也很有耐心的一一花時間為大家解惑，讓各位同學問到飽！
在活動的最後，我們也邀請部長為來參與的學員頒發結業證書，為我們三個禮拜的課程畫下完美的句點！來不及參加的同學們，未來製作所也會在接下來有更多的系列課程，歡迎大家持續鎖定！
The last session of the #YouthDeliveryInternational Affairs Camp officially ended yesterday! Today we have invited former Foreign Minister and now President @TAGMinister Lin Yongle to share his experience in foreign affairs!
Minister Lin Yongle detailed Republic of China important factors in foreign affairs, including relations with the US, Japan, Europe, ASEAN policy, and cross-strait relations. The minister also shared the major achievements of the #Taiwan100year #Visafree" achieved during his term, as well as substantial participation in the WHA World Health Assembly and the ICAO International Civil Aviation Organization, sharing many secrets that are not known.
The founder of the Future Institute, Mr. Chen Yixin, also went into the perspective of his past role as a spokesperson for Presidential Office Building to analyze the changes in the US-China-Taiwan relationship over the past From the Taiwan Strait missile crisis, Wen Jiabao's meeting with Bush Jr., to the Ma Xi meeting, Trump's taking office, etc. the impact of factors at different times on US-China-Taiwan relations.
