本會會員許懷聰公使 (前Taiwan in South Africa 駐南非代表處副代表)受邀前往周麟大使 (前 Embajada de Taiwán en el Paraguay-中華民國駐巴拉圭大使館大使)主持之台灣科技大學「國內外使節講座─從台科大看世界」課程，以「荷蘭王國—兼談在歐洲生活」為題與學生分享駐外經驗，並贈書予提問的學生，勉勵其勤奮向學，關注國際事務。
