社團法人對外關係協會會長林永樂(前外交部 Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ROC（Taiwan）部長) 5月23日率團參加新北市九大國際文教中心聯合開展，並在市長侯友宜的見證之下，與新北市府教育局、AIESEC國際經濟商管學生會、淡江大學華語中心 TKU Chinese Language Center、Mandarin Training Center, NTNU 師大國語教學中心簽訂MOU。新北市九大國際文教中心首次與外交人員和來自世界各地的國際學生合作，讓世界走進中心，讓更多學生認識不同國家的文化特色與生活。
林永樂會長表示，協會響應新北市對於#2030永續發展目標的堅持，與新北市政府的合作，正是#公私協力伙伴關係的最佳寫照。另外，協會成立十年來，利用最專業人力資源，讓涉外事務官員、學者、企業與民間組織負責人等會員，與有需要的公私部門加強連結，進而協助我國各界走上國際舞台；協會始終堅持靠私人贊助的方式，一步一腳印走到現在，未來一定會繼續下去。

林永樂會長表示，協會響應新北市對於#2030永續發展目標的堅持，與新北市政府的合作，正是#公私協力伙伴關係的最佳寫照。另外，協會成立十年來，利用最專業人力資源，讓涉外事務官員、學者、企業與民間組織負責人等會員，與有需要的公私部門加強連結，進而協助我國各界走上國際舞台；協會始終堅持靠私人贊助的方式，一步一腳印走到現在，未來一定會繼續下去。
