10月1日上午，對外關係協會（以下簡稱本會）與匈牙利貿易辦事處合辦「在華盛頓與北京之間：匈牙利及台灣的經驗」座談會，由外交部總領事回部辦事劉經巖主持，匈牙利貿易辦事處代表葛凱達(Gergely Kádár)、本會會長/前外交部長林永樂分別致歡迎詞。
座談會的四位引言人分別為：匈牙利多瑙河研究所（Danube Institute）所長István Kiss、多瑙河研究所資深研究員Csaba Horváth、我前國安會副秘書長/前駐拉脫維亞代表葛光越、本會秘書長/政大外交系教授黃奎博。前駐匈牙利代表張雲屏、前駐斯洛伐克代表曾瑞利亦蒞臨發表看法；另有幾位在政大、淡大學生與會並提問。
