對外關係協會創會會長歐鴻鍊大使日前蒙主寵召，享壽八十有一。歐會長於2013年創立對外關係協會，並擔任第一、二屆會長（2013-2017）。
歐會長在我國對外事務的推動上不遺餘力。於協會會長任內，曾辦理各式國際活動以加強與他國聯繫，如馬來西亞前首相馬哈迪、日本前首相野田佳彥等演講會，以及邀請馬來西亞丹斯里李金友董事長、泰國邱威功董事長進行「名人對話」。
因著專業的精神、待人以誠的態度，以及幽默風趣的個性，歐會長締造了許多官式與國民外交上的功績，也帶領對外關係協會創造許多歷史。我們永遠懷念歐會長！
