對外關係協會於本（110）年5月4日舉行新美國總統拜登就職百日的東亞觀察座談會，由夏立言會長擔任主持人，並邀請林賢參教授、孫國祥教授、吳崇涵教授、陳蒿堯教授、王冠雄教授、林昌平教授、徐筱琦教授、梁英斌大使擔任本次座談的發表人以及與談人。
本座談針對美國對日本、中國大陸及臺灣的安全戰略以及美國對朝鮮半島、東南亞的安全戰略與美國在東亞的高科技供應鏈等進行深度探討。
