【中原大學演講-- 薩支遠大使】
對外關係協會與中原大學合作開設「認識世界」通識課程，邀請對外關係協會 #薩支遠大使 與同學們分享法國。曾任駐法國代表處副代表的薩支遠大使，為同學介紹法國的歷史、戴高樂與法國憲政的關係，以及法國的現況，讓同學徹底了解法國的過去與現在。

【Talk at Central Plains University--Sachiyuan Ambassador 】
The Association for Foreign Relations and Central Plains University launched a "Know the World" general education course, inviting the Association for Foreign Relations #SachiyuanAmbassador to share France with the classmates. Ambassador of Sachiyuan, who was the deputy representative of the representative office in France, introduced the history of France, de Gaulle's relationship with the French Constitution, and the current situation in France, so that the students could fully understand the past and present of France.
