【美耍狠鬥中 台應躲子彈】
黃介正（對外關係協會理事）認為，美中繃越緊對台灣空間越小，美國對我們的空間壓制越強，就遠程來講，即使台灣想緩和兩岸關係，但機率會越低，美中高張力對抗下，美國不容許、北京也無意願來改善兩岸關係，對台灣會是相當負面的影響。
他建議台灣現在可以做的應該是「蹲低一點，躲子彈」，匍匐前進，不要被機關槍掃到，此時「無聲勝有聲」。
