【台灣走出去，國際走進來】台中城市外交與大使偏鄉學校教學 ft. 令狐榮達 副會長?
當傳統的國與國外交關係已漸漸改變，對外關係應採取更積極的全面作為，建立國際合作夥伴。近來，台中市政府積極推動城市外交，與全球許多城市締結姊妹市。除了與國際建立良好關係，今年6月起，對外關係協會也與台中市政府合作，開始「退休大使協助偏遠地區學校教學實施計畫」，希望能激發偏鄉學生學習國際語言的興趣，提升英語基本溝通能力，增進學童的國際觀，更讓孩童與世界接軌。

Recently, the Taichung municipal government has actively promoted city diplomacy and has established sister cities with many cities around the world. In addition to establishing good relations with the international community, since June this year, the Association for Foreign Relations has also begun the "retired ambassador to assist schools in remote areas" in cooperation with the Taichung municipal government, hoping to stimulate the interest of rural students in learning international languages, improve basic English communication skills, enhance the international outlook of school children, and connect children with the world.
