本(108)年9月10日週二，對外關係協會秘書長、國立政治大學國際事務學院副院長黃奎博出席美國在台協會(AIT)成立40周年之9月教育月分享會，並發表2008年至約翰霍普金斯大學高等國際研究院(SAIS)擔任傅爾布萊特訪問學者的過程與心得。現場計有130多位美國國務院交流計畫學友出席午宴或分享活動。

【The Secretary General of the Association at AIT on the process and experience of being a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the Johns Hopkins Institute for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in 2008 】
On Tuesday, September 10, 2010, Huang Kuibo, secretary general of the Association for Foreign Relations and vice president of the School of International Affairs of National Chengchi University, attended the September Education Month sharing session of the 40th anniversary of the founding of the American Institute in Taiwan (AIT), and announced the process and experience of serving as a Fulbright visiting scholar at the Johns Hopkins University Institute for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2008 to 2008. More than 130 U.S. State Department exchange program students attended lunch or sharing activities.
