題目：「龍鷹相爭的政治經濟分析: 美國和中國大陸關係的走向」

黃奎博秘書長自美國與中國大陸的爭執起源開始，說明雙方目前經貿爭執的可能發展，並對短期內的互動做一簡單預測。黃秘書長認為，即便這場經貿談判暫告一段落，難保川普任內不會有其他經貿相關議題的爭議再起，而且因為川普競選連任需要展現「美國第一」的雄心壯志，很可能會在其他議題再起與中國大陸的爭執。

Secretary-General Huang Kuibo, starting with the origins of the dispute between the US and mainland China, explains the possible development of the current economic and trade dispute between the two sides and makes a simple prediction of the interaction in the Secretary-General Huang believes that even if the trade talks are over temporarily, there will be no guarantee that there will be no other trade-related disputes during Trump's term, and because Trump's re-election campaign needs to show "America First" ambition, it is likely that the dispute with mainland China will resume on other issues.
