2015年10月中旬，對外關係協會赴義大利進行公務交流，與義大利開創未來暨型塑基金會(Fondazione Farefuturo)簽署兩會合作備忘錄。期間，馬爾他騎士團駐保加利亞朱古力(Camillo Zuccoli)大使邀請本會創會會長歐鴻鍊大使及其他本會赴義團員於其自宅晚宴，並與多位義大利政商意見領袖會面。
朱古力大使是我國長期忠實的朋友，自2007年派駐保加利亞起就大力支持我國相關涉外事務。他熱愛中華民國亦可從兩件事蹟看出：他的兒子取名經國，他的女兒取名美齡；另外，他每年夏天在義大利渡假時，私人遊艇上也懸掛著青天白日滿地紅國旗。

Ambassador chocolate is a long-time loyal friend of our country and has been a strong supporter of our foreign affairs since his post in Bulgaria in 2007. His love for Republic of China can also be seen by two things: his son named Ching-kuo, his daughter named Meiling, and his private yachts on his summer vacation in Italy.

It is sad to say that the Republic of China and the AFR lost a truly dear friend.
【In memory of our country and our friends: Ambassador of the Knights of Malta in Bulgaria Camillo Zuccoli 】
In mid-October 2015, the Association for Foreign Relations went to Italy for business exchanges and signed a memorandum of cooperation between the two sessions with Fondazione Farefuturo. During this period, the Ambassador of the Order of Malta in Bulgaria Camillo Zuccoli invited the founding president of the Association, Ambassador Au Ying, and other members of the Association to a dinner at his home and met with a number of Italian opinion leaders.
Ambassador chocolate is a long-time loyal friend of our country and has been a strong supporter of our foreign affairs since his post in Bulgaria in 2007. His love for Republic of China can also be seen by two things: his son named Ching-kuo, his daughter named Meiling, and his private yachts on his summer vacation in Italy.
Ambassador chocolate died suddenly in Rome on 3 February 2019, and the Association for Foreign Relations wishes to mourn, commemorate, and cherish his family and friends.
【Remembering Honorable Camillo Zuccoli, Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Bulgaria】
The Association of Foreign Relations (AFR) mourns the passing of the Honorable Camillo Zuccoli, Ambassador of the Sovereign Order of Malta to Bulgaria and a long-time loyal and supportive friend to the Republic of China (Taiwan), on 3 February 2019 in Rome, Italy, and expresses our deepest condolences to his family and friends, on behalf of our board of directors, supervisors, advisors, and members.
In October 2015, the AFR visited Italy to sign a memorandum of understanding on mutual cooperation with Fondazione Farefuturo, during which Ambassador Zuccoli warmly received AFR Founding Chairman Ambassador Francisco H. L. Ou and other visiting members to dine at his own house and meet with other Italian opinion leaders.
Since Ambassador Zuccoli served Maltese Ambassador to Bulgaria since 2007, he had been very supportive to the Republic of China's foreign affairs. His support for the Republic of China could also be demonstrated by the following two anecdotes: He named his son “Ching-Kuo (經國, former Premier and President of the Republic of China)” and his daughter “Mei-Ling (美齡, Madame Chiang Kai-Shek / former First Lady of the Republic of China)"; and when his family vacationed in summers in Italy, he would hang the national flag of the Republic of China on his yacht.
It is sad to say that the Republic of China and the AFR lost a truly dear friend.
