[對外關係協會夏會長立言大使的新年祝福]
親愛的先進、好友，大家好！
敝人擔任對外關係協會會長已逾一年，在各位的關心及勉勵下，協會繼續獨立自主地彙集資源與能量，從事國際與兩岸交流，並促進我國社會大眾對外交及兩岸事務的興趣及關注。
協會在民國107年籌劃了有關美陸貿易衝突、區域經貿發展及我國非政府組織的國際參與等數場座談會，舉辦了會員參訪台中漢翔公司的活動，也和台灣７所大學合辦有關國際外交及兩岸關係的通識/專業課程或系列演講。有些會員先進也在各處演講、授課，貢獻所長。協會在經費及人力的限制之下，真的是靠著各位鼎力相助與不棄，才能推動或完成這麼多的工作。

[The Foreign Relations Association President's Summer Ambassador's New Year's Blessings]
Dear advanced friends, hello everyone!
Yao has been the president of the Association for Foreign Relations for more than a year. With your concern and encouragement, the Association continues to collect resources and energy independently, engage in international and cross-strait exchanges, and promote public interest and concern in foreign affairs and cross-strait affairs.
The Association organized several seminars on US-China trade conflicts, regional economic and trade development, and international participation of our non-governmental organizations in the Republic of Korea in 107th year, held members' visits to Hanxiang Company in Taichung, and co-hosted general/professional courses or series of lectures on international diplomacy and cross-strait relations with 7 universities in Taiwan. Some members advanced also speak, teach, contribute their directors everywhere. The association, under financial and human resources limitations, really depends on your help and not giving up, to promote or complete so much work.
