【為我國發聲為本會開疆 黃秘書長於多倫多及波士頓演講、座談】
對外關係協會秘書長黃奎博教授於本（民國108）年1月10日赴加拿大多倫多約克大學（York University）亞洲研究中心，就台海兩岸關係應採戰略清晰或戰略模糊發表演講。該場演講由約克大學亞洲研究中心主任阿比丁（Abidin Kusno）主持。
黃秘書長之後轉往美國波士頓，於1月15日在波士頓國際事務會（WorldBoston）會長殷特瑪（Mary Yntema）主辦的座談會中，與政治大學國際事務學院邱稔壤院長一同就今日台灣之內政、經濟、兩岸關係、民意等議題與該會會員及波士頓地區學術社群交換意見。這也是黃秘書長代表對外關係協會回訪甫於去年底拜會過對外關係協會的殷特瑪會長。
此行中，黃秘書長亦偕同邱院長拜會我國駐多倫多及駐波士頓辦事處，除介紹對外關係協會業務，更盼能覓得良機，以增進對外關係協會與美、加國際事務領域專業人士的交流。
【Voice for our country, open the boundaries of this conference, Secretary-General Huang speaks in Toronto and Boston 】
Professor Huang Kuibo, Secretary-General of the Association for Foreign Relations, went to the Asian Studies Center of York University in Toronto, Canada on January 10, 2010, to give a speech on whether cross-Strait relations should be strategic clarity or ambiguity. The presentation was moderated by Abidin Kusno, Director of the Center for Asian Studies at York University.
Secretary-General Huang then moved to Boston, United States, where he exchanged views with members of the association and the academic community in the Boston area at a symposium hosted by Mary Yntema, President of the WorldBoston University of International Affairs, on January 15, with the Dean of the Institute of International Affairs, Chengchi University, on issues such as internal affairs, economy, cross-strait relations, public opinion and other issues in Taiwan today. This is also the return visit by Secretary-General Huang on behalf of the Association for Foreign Relations, who met with the President of the Association for Foreign Relations late last year.
During this trip, Secretary-General Huang also visited our offices in Toronto and Boston with Dean Wu. In addition to introducing the business of the Association of Foreign Relations, we hope to have a good opportunity to enhance the exchanges between the Association of Foreign Relations and professionals in the field of international affairs in the United States and Canada.
