【演講公告：前日本駐上海總領事小原雅博演講「對外協商時的日本國家利益(暫定)」】
本會與政大外交系、政大國際事務學院院外交政策研究中心合作，安排前日本駐上海總領事小原雅博(こはら まさひろ)教授至政大演講。
小原教授將在本(107)年10月26日(週五)下午3時至4時40分在政大外交系「國際談判」課程以英語演講，演講題目暫定為「對外協商時的日本國家利益」。該課程授課教師與該日主持人為本會秘書長黃奎博教授。歡迎各位參加。

【Announcement of speech: former Japanese consul general in Shanghai Yabara Yabara speaks on "Japan's national interest in foreign negotiations (temporary)" 】
In cooperation with the Department of Foreign Affairs of NCCU and the Foreign Policy Research Center of the School of International Affairs of NCCU, the Association arranged for former Japanese consul-general in Shanghai Professor Yabawara ( こはら まさひろ)
Professor Kohara will speak in English on Friday, October 26th (107) from 3pm to 4:40pm in the course of "International Negotiation" at the Department of Foreign Affairs of NCCU. The topic is tentatively "Japan's National Interest in Foreign Negotiation". The teacher of the course and the host of the day is Professor Huang Kuibo, Secretary General of the Council. Welcome everyone to attend.
