【聯合報刊登本會首和7所大學合作 大使們進校園分享經驗】
...歐鴻鍊及夏立言、鄭文華、令狐榮達等多位大使這學期陸續在幾所大學校園講授國際及外交事務，學生們反應熱烈，是對外關係協會積極推動國際觀教育的創舉，協會希望未來能拋磚引玉，帶動更多具有國際能量的組織或個人，投入我國大學甚至高中職的國際觀教育。
對外關係協會表示，我國面臨的外部挑戰極為險峻，必須有具足夠國際觀的國民才能為政府的涉外事務人才注入新血，也才能有優質國民與政府攜手合作，協助中華民國走出外交困境與兩岸僵局，造福台灣社會；協會雖然靠志同道合者的支持以及非官方的外界捐款維持運作，仍希望能拋磚引玉，帶動更多具有國際能量的組織或個人，投入我國大學甚至高中職的國際觀教育。
...協會已成立5年，是由外交部長前部長歐鴻鍊及熱心我國國際事務的產、官、學各界所成立的非營利組織，現任的會長夏立言為推動大學校園國際觀教育，經多月籌畫及聯繫，終於在今年9月起正式在中央大學、中原大學、中華大學、東吳大學、東華大學、政治大學、逢甲大學等7所大學，合作開設國際觀或外交相關課程與系列演講，目前已逐漸收到成效，未來也會將合作觸角拓展其他縣市的學校。
...和他們合作的大學樂見協會代為規劃講授單元，協會並協助安排數十位資深現任及卸任大使、前政務官、業界專家、學者擔任講座。在國際與兩岸事務課程，透過專題介紹與互動式講授的方式，學生不僅加深了相關議題的理解，更提升了涉外事務的興趣。在較專業的外交實務課程，學生則藉由前任或現任資深外交人員的現場講述，掌握了官方涉外事務工作的基本重點，並瞭解了外交工作的甘苦。

I'm sorry. Many ambassadors, such as Au Ying and Xia Liyan, Wu Wenhua, and Ren Fu Rongda, have taught international and foreign affairs on several university campuses this semester. The students have responded enthusiastically, and it is the initiative of the Association for Foreign Relations to actively promote international education. The Association hopes that in the future, it will bring more organizations or individuals with international energy to invest in international education in universities and even high school careers.
The Association for Foreign Relations said that the external challenges facing China are extremely dangerous. There must be citizens with enough international outlook to inject new blood into the government's foreign affairs talents, and quality citizens and the government can work together to help Republic of China get out of the diplomatic dilemma and cross-strait standoff for the benefit of Taiwanese society. Although the Association relies on the support of like-minded people and unofficial external donations to maintain its operations, it still hopes to bring more organizations or individuals with international energy to invest in international education in universities and even high schools.

It is a non-profit organization established by former Minister of Foreign Affairs Ou Ying and industry, officials, and academics who are passionate about international affairs in China. The current president Xia Liyan, to promote international outlook education on university campus, after months of planning and contacts, finally in September this year, officially launched international or diplomatic courses and series of speeches at seven universities, including Central University, Central Plains University, Zhonghua University, Donghua University, Chengchi University, Fengjia University, etc.

The universities they work with are planning the lecture unit and the association has helped arrange lectures by dozens of senior current and outgoing ambassadors, former political officials, industry experts, and academics. In international and cross-strait affairs courses, through special presentations and interactive lectures, students not only deepen their understanding of related issues, but also enhance their interest in foreign affairs. In the more specialized diplomatic practice course, students have mastered the basic focus of official foreign affairs work through live presentations by former or current senior diplomatic staff and understand the difficulties of diplomatic work.
