本會與中美經濟合作策進會合辦「從美中貿易衝突探討台灣經濟戰略布局講座,時間在中華民國107年5月30日(星期三)下午2時至5時,地點在外交及國際事務學院2樓國際會議廳(北市敦化南路一段280號)。議程及報名方式如附圖,謝謝。
美國總統川普於3月22日簽署備忘錄,以懲罰中國大陸侵害美國智慧財產為由,對規模達至少500億美元的中國大陸商品加徵25%關稅,並限制相關企業對美投資併購;中國大陸隨即發動反制,對30億美元之美國進口商品加徵15%或25%關稅。雙方經貿爭執似有愈演愈烈之勢。
據我國經濟部資料顯示,許多台商在大陸投資,所製成的產品最終銷售到美國的佔約30%,因此當美國對中國大陸制裁,我國不可避免會受到衝擊,其中又以電子消費、紡織、機械加工及電子零組件等四大產業首當其衝。正當美國與中國大陸經貿問題山雨欲來風滿樓之際,會對我國帶來何種直接與間接的衝擊?我政府又應如何因應?
中美經濟合作策進會與對外關係協會關注此一情勢發展,共同辦理本次講座,邀請相關領域知名學者專家介紹前述情勢將如何影響我國經貿發展,並從政治經濟觀點剖析未來因應之道。

President Trump signed a memorandum on March 22 to punish China for violating American intellectual property, imposing 25% tariffs on Chinese goods worth at least $50 billion and restricting related companies' investment and acquisition in the United States. China immediately launched a counter-measures, imposing 15% or 25% tariffs on $3 billion of US imports. The trade dispute between the two sides seems to be getting worse.
According to the data of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of China, many Taiwanese businessmen invest in the mainland, and the products they make are eventually sold to the United States account for about 30%, so when the United States sanctions on China, China will inevitably be hit, including electronics consumption, textile, mechanical processing and electronic components, the four major industries, including electronics consumption, textile, mechanical processing Just as the economic and trade problems between the United States and mainland China are about to come, what kind of direct and indirect impact will it bring to our country? How should my government respond?
The China-US Economic Cooperation Policy Association and the Association for Foreign Relations are concerned about the development of this situation, jointly hosting this seminar, inviting well-known scholars and experts in relevant fields to introduce how the above situation will affect China's economic and trade development, and analyze the way to respond to it from the perspective of political economy
