【「國際參與 民間做後盾：我國非政府組織的國際參與經驗」座談會/Panel on Taiwan NGOs' Experience of International Participation】
本（107）年4月17日（二）上午10時至11時50分，對外關係協會（以下簡稱本會）舉辦「國際參與 民間做後盾：我國非政府組織的國際參與經驗」座談會，由本會會長、前陸委會主委夏立言致歡迎詞，本會副會長、前外交部政務次長令狐榮達主持，邀請勵馨社會福利事業基金會紀惠容執行長、台灣世界展望會陳純敬會長、台灣路竹會劉啟群會長、外交部非政府組織國際事務會張秀禎副執行長及本會黃奎博秘書長（亦為政大國際事務學院副院長）等知名非政府組織主要負責人、學者及外交部非政府組織國際事務會副主管發表心得、進行對話、提出建議。本座談會有約50位外交部新進學員參加，另有本會理事、監事及會員等亦撥冗出席。

【Panel on Taiwan NGOs' Experience of International Participation 】
On April 17th (Tuesday) from 10am to 11:50am, the Association for Foreign Relations (hereafter referred to as the Association) held a symposium on "International Participation, Civil Support: The Experience of International Participation of Non-Governmental Organizations in China" by the President of the Association and former Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Commission Xia Liyan, hosted by the Vice President of the Association and former Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ren Fu Rongda, invited the CEO of Li Xin Social Welfare Foundation, President of the Taiwan World Vision Association, Chen Chunjing, President of the Taiwan Luzhu Association, Vice-President of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Zhang Xiuxing, and Secretary-General Huang Kuibo (also known as the National People's Congress International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Huang Kuibo (also About 50 new students from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs participated in this seminar, and other Council members, supervisors and members also took time to attend.
