[本會副會長令狐榮達大使應邀國立屏東大學、中華醫事科技大學、國立台南大學及嘉南藥理大學，專題演講「笑傲江湖的外交人生」及「國際禮儀與外交實務」]
上(106)年底12月，本會副會長令狐榮達大使應邀國立屏東大學(13日下午)、中華醫事科技大學(20日上午)、國立台南大學(26日上午)及嘉南藥理大學(26日下午)，以「笑傲江湖的外交人生」和「國際禮儀與外交實務」為題，分享其30多年來的外交經驗，並指導現場學生各式場合應注意的國際禮節。
令狐大使舉例說明出國應「入境問禁、入國問俗、入門問諱」，了解不同地區在宗教、政治、文化、歷史、種族上的禁忌，除了是對彼此的尊重之外，也能避免不合宜的言語、行為... 此外，其實在生活中，與人相處互動，處處皆須以禮相待，面對同儕、師長應注意禮節，維持良好的人際互動。
最後，令狐大使以「將相本無種，男（女）兒當自強」、「讓人非我弱，得志莫離群」的話語，勉勵在座同學積極充實各項知識與技能，必能尋得可以一展身手的舞台。
