本(107)年2月9日上午10時至11時半，對外關係協會(以下稱本會)與外交部合辦「All Politics Is Local: Home Style Politics in Congress and Its Potential Impact on Trump Administration Foreign Policies」閉門座談會，邀請到前美國伊利諾州眾議員Dan Lipinski與William O. Lipinski幕僚長及現任美國Chambers, Conlon & Hartwell, LLC執行長Jason Tai先生主講。
本場會議由外交部研究設計會謝其旺處長(回部辦事)主持、本會黃奎博秘書長致謝詞，本會理事、監事及外交部人員等亦出席參加。本會前副會長鄭文華大使、前總統府秘書長林碧炤教授亦在座。

Mr. Jason Tai, Chief of Staff of Lipinski and current CEO of Chambers, Conlon & Hartwell, LLC, USA.
The meeting was hosted by Director Xie Qivang of the Research and Design Association of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (return to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs), and the Secretary-General Huang Kuibo of the Association gave a speech of thanks. The Council's directors, Former Vice-President of the Council, Ambassador Wu Wenhua, former Presidential Office Building Secretary-General Professor Lin Baguio is also present.
