[對外關係協會創會會長歐鴻鍊大使的新年祝福]
各位好:
戊戌年即將到來，歲末天寒，望自珍重。
回憶創會之初，大家出於熱忱，齊心無私奉獻，使協會在四年內快速茁壯，沒有各位這四年來的積極參與、支持及提供寶貴的意見，協會不可能從無到有！
擔任會長的這些年，讓我的退休生活過得異常充實，希望各位在這四年期間也有一個美好的記憶，至少我們共同努力過。雖然我已經卸下協會會長一職，仍切盼與大家共同關心協會的發展，幫助協會運作蒸蒸日上。
新的一年等於是一個新的開始，謹祝

[New year wishes from Ambassador Au, Founding President of the Association for Foreign Relations]
各位好:
The next year is coming, and the end of the year is cold, and you are precious.
Remembering the beginning of the founding, everyone's enthusiasm and selfless dedication made the Association grow rapidly in four years. Without your active participation, support and valuable advice over the past four years, the Association could not have been from scratch!
These years as president have made my retirement extraordinarily fulfilling, and I hope you all have a good memory during these four years, at least we worked together. Although I have stepped down as president of the association, I am looking forward to sharing with you the interest of the association's development and helping the association to prosper.
A new year equals a new beginning, wish me
