越南社會科學翰林院世界經濟與政治研究所參訪團(以下簡稱參訪團)一行8人,由該所前總理顧問、前所長武大略率團,於本(106)年4月25日下午蒞臨國立政治大學訪問並參加座談會。
座談會由對外關係協會(以下簡稱本會)與國立政治大學東亞研究所共同舉辦,本會黃奎博秘書長(政大外交系副教授)致歡迎詞,吳建國大使(前駐紐西蘭代表、駐胡志明市處長)、政治大學東亞研究所黃瓊萩副教授、政大國際關係研究中心李瓊莉研究員、臺大政治系石之瑜教授、左正東教授以及政治大學東亞研究所碩博士生也受邀一同與會。
越南參訪團此次訪問臺灣,主要目的是進行學術交流並針對現今國際關係的熱點議題進行討論,藉以了解臺灣學者的觀點與建議,同時參考臺灣經濟發展成就與經驗。與會人員就「變動中的中美關係與兩岸關係」、「東亞地區的發展動態與走向」、「中國大陸經濟發展的挑戰與機遇」以及「中國大陸的外交政策」等議題進行熱烈地討論與交流,對雙方學者的觀點有更深入的認識。
吳建國大使表示:「臺灣有著堅實深厚的研究基礎,與中國大陸接觸的實際經驗亦豐富,更能為越南政府所借鑒。」武大略教授則認為:「中國大陸推出「一帶一路」政策的主要目的乃是為了自身國家發展,越南政府會審慎評估其利弊得失來決定是否參加,建議臺灣政府也抱持同樣的態度來面對未來與中國大陸可能進行的各項合作。」
透過本次座談會,雙方可以更進一步的了解彼此觀點,未來也能持續推動臺越更深入、更廣泛的交流與合作,促進我國與越南學界雙邊關係的發展。

A delegation of 8 people from the Institute of World Economics and Political Studies of the Hanlin Academy of Social Sciences (hereafter referred to as the visiting delegation), led by the former Prime Minister's advisor and former director of the Institute, visited the National Chengchi University on the afternoon of April 25, 2016 to visit and participate in the seminar.
The seminar was co-organized by the Association for Foreign Relations (hereafter referred to as the Association) and the Institute of East Asia Studies of National Chengchi University. The Secretary-General Huang Kuibo (Associate Professor of Foreign Affairs Department of NCCU) gave a welcome speech. Ambassador He Jianguo (former representative in New Zealand and Director of Ho Chi Minh City), Associate Professor Huang Qi, Institute of East Asia Studies of Chengchi University, Associate Professor Li, Research Center for International Relations of CNCCU, Professor Shi Zhi Yu, Professor Zuo Zhengdong, and Ph.D. student
The main purpose of the Vietnamese delegation's visit to Taiwan is to conduct academic exchanges and discuss hot topics in international relations today, so as to understand the views and suggestions of Taiwanese academics, and to refer to Taiwan's economic development achievements and experience. Participants held lively discussions and exchanges on topics such as "changing Sino-US relations and cross-strait relations", "development dynamics and trends in East Asia", "challenges and opportunities for economic development in mainland China" and "China's foreign policy", and had a deeper understanding of the views of academics from both sides.
Ambassador Jiang Jianguo said: "Taiwan has a solid and deep research foundation, and has rich practical experience in contacts with mainland China, which can be more useful for the Vietnamese government. Professor Wu Li said: "The main purpose of China's "Belt and Road" policy is for the development of its own country, the Vietnamese government will carefully evaluate its pros and cons to decide whether to participate, and suggest that the Taiwan government should also take the same attitude to all possible future cooperation with mainland China." Through this symposium, the two sides can further understand each other's perspectives, and continue to promote deeper and wider exchanges and cooperation between Taiwan and Vietnam in the future, and promote the development of bilateral relations between China and Vietnam's academic community.
