本會會長、前外交部長歐鴻鍊大使率學者團訪瑞典。本會秘書長黃奎博教授與該團學者於本(105)年10月5日參加瑞典烏普薩拉大學「烏普薩拉論壇：民主、和平及正義」(Uppsala Forum on Democracy, Peace & Justice)，與瑞典專家學者就南海之台美「中」三邊關係(China, Taiwan, and US: Relations in the South China Sea)交換意見。

On the afternoon of October 5, 2016, the delegation and the Swedish counterpart put forward a variety of facts and viewpoints during the panel discussion on “China, Taiwan, and US: Relations in the South China Sea.” The panel, held at Uppsala University, formed part of the Uppsala Forum on Democracy, Peace & Justice.
