【公開聲明】
時有部分媒體及政治人物對本會成立及活動宗旨多加揣測，將本會描繪成特定政黨之外交發聲工具，日前更有某報導指本會財力雄厚，為馬前總統的布局，類此說法均屬不實，且從未向本會查詢。
本會為社團法人，主要運作經費多為自籌（各界捐款），或如其他民間團體向公家機構申請活動經費補助，未經常性接受政府與政黨補助。本會做為跨域、具開創性的非營利、超黨派民間組織，利用極為有限的經費、資源，致力媒合產、官、學、第三部門各界，做中華民國政府後盾，協助推展國際與兩岸交流。
我國的外交與對中國大陸政策有時雖因不同政黨執政而有變化，但本會仍盼能將國內政治影響因素減到最低，持續藉志同道合者的支持及參與，一本初衷拓展與強化我國對外關係。
【Public Statement 】
Some media and political figures have speculated about the establishment and purpose of this association, portraying it as a diplomatic voice tool for specific political parties. Recently, there was a report that the association has strong financial resources and is the layout of President before Malaysia. Such claims are untrue and have never been inquired of this association.
The Association is a legal person, and its main operating funds are self-funding (donations from all sectors), or if other civil society organizations apply to public organizations for activities funding subsidies, it does not regularly accept government and political parties subsidies. As a cross-domain, pioneering non-profit, super-party non-governmental organization, the Association uses extremely limited funds and resources to work together with all sectors of the industry, officials, academics, and the third sector, to act as the backing of the Republic of China government to help promote international and cross-strait exchanges.
Although China's foreign policy and policy towards mainland China have sometimes changed due to different political parties in power, we still hope to minimize domestic political influence and continue to expand and strengthen our foreign relations with the support and participation of like-minded people.
