「『五二Ｏ』後外交與兩岸的變與常」圓滿成功，以下是部份精彩座談內容(二) ~
本會黃奎博秘書長以四「信」闡述外交與兩岸的變與常。變的部分就是兩岸「信任」度變低，「信息」的傳遞則由官方與半官方平台逐漸轉移至半官方與非官方平台。不變的部分則是兩岸的「信心」之爭與「信念」之爭；前者即兩岸均相信時間站在自己的一方，後者意指「具中國特色的社會主義」與中華民國民主自由政經體制的制度信念競賽。他還認為民進黨政府目前是「法律一中」，但中共希望更要邁向「政治一中」；不過若中共仍對「一中」的表述內外有別，對外從不給與「一中各表」任何空間，則民進黨政府恐怕不會從「法律一中」延伸到「政治一中」。
林文程教授認為，如果中共善意地看待蔡英文總統最近的講話，應該要同意她等於已經接受「九二共識」、「一國兩區」；但中共除了逼迫她公開承認「九二共識」之外，更要加上「一中原則」。他也指出中共於最近將無法利用美國影響台灣，對台灣是個好消息，但新政府應更著力於緩解朝野對立，才能發揮總體力量，因應在邦交國關係與國際組織參與等方面的嚴厲挑戰。

Secretary-General Huang Kuibo of this Council has written four "letters" to explain the changes and changes in diplomacy and the cross-strait. However, if the CCP still has different expressions of "one China" from inside and outside, and never gives "one China table" any space, then the DPP government will probably not extend from "law one" to "politics one".
Professor Lin Wencheng believes that if the CCP treats Tsai Ing-wen in good faith, it should agree that she has accepted the "92 consensus" and "one country, two regions" in her recent speech. But in addition to forcing her to publicly recognize the "92 consensus", the CCP must add the "one China principle". He also pointed out that China will not be able to use the US to influence Taiwan in the near future, which is good news for Taiwan, but that the new administration should focus more on easing opposition between the government and the opposition in order to bring its overall strength to face tough challenges in diplomatic relations and international organization engagement
