擴大國際發展空間為中華民國立身於快速變遷的國際社會所面對的重要課題，其中將會面臨什麼樣的機會和挑戰呢?
本會將於本(105)年3月18日(星期五)舉辦「台灣的國際參與」英語座談會(Taiwan's International Participation)，邀請到本會理事羅致遠大使擔任主持人，外交部條約法律司連建辰副司長及政治大學外交學系傅爾布萊特(Fulbright)客座教授柯黛絲Stacy Closson擔任主講人，探討在快速變遷的國際社會裡，中華民國擴大其國際發展空間時，面臨到的機會與挑戰。

Expanding the international development space for Republic of China is an important issue facing the rapidly changing international community, what are the opportunities and challenges?
On Friday, March 18, 2015, the Association will hold a "Taiwan's International Participation" English language seminar. Ambassador Luo Zhiyuan, the member of the Council, will be invited to serve as the moderator. Lien Jianchen, Deputy Director of the Treaty Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Fulbright Visiting Professor of the Department of Diplomacy at the University of Political Science, and will discuss the opportunities and challenges of expanding its international development space in a rapidly changing international community.
