【104年11月6日 歐鴻鍊會長南開科技大學主講「國際禮儀」】
本會歐鴻鍊會長將於本(民國104)年十一月六日(星期五)下午14:00，以「國際禮儀」為主題，於南開科技大學進行演講。
近年來國際交流愈趨頻繁，具備國際禮儀的知識可於國際互動中進退得宜、交流順利，以收事半功倍之效，正所謂「有禮走遍天下，無禮寸步難行」。本會與行政院中部聯合服務中心合作，於「中台灣領袖學院」系列活動中，由歐會長分享其對國際禮儀的深入研究與長年的對外交流經驗。
歐會長曾任我國外交部長、外交部常務次長、外交部中南美司司長及駐瓜地馬拉大使、駐西班牙代表等職務，閱歷豐富。本次演講機會難得，敬請把握機會，踴躍出席！
【Nov. 6th,104 President of the European University of Science and Technology lecture "International etiquette" 】
President of our Association will give a speech at Nankai University of Science and Technology at 14:00 pm on November 6th (Friday) this year (Taiwan 104) on the theme of "International etiquette".
In recent years, international exchanges have become more frequent. Knowledge of international etiquette can advance and withdraw in international interaction, and exchange smoothly, so as to achieve half the results. The so-called "walking the world with courtesy, it is difficult to move without courtesy". In cooperation with the Central Joint Service Center of the Executive Yuan, the president of the European Union shared his in-depth study of international etiquette and his long years of foreign exchange experience in the "China Taiwan Leadership Academy" series of activities.
The President of the European Union has served as the Foreign Minister of China, the Permanent Under-Secretary of Foreign Affairs, the Director of Central and South America Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador to Guatemala, representative to Spain, and other posts, This is a rare opportunity to speak.
