本會黃秘書長奎博於本(104)八月三日至四日代表本會參加泰國曼谷市朱拉隆功大學(Chulalongkorn University)舉行的「東協研究會議」(International Conference on ASEAN Studies, ICONAs)，並於三日就「東協研究新趨勢」(New Trends in ASEAN Studies)發表演說。該會議還有來自東南亞、美國、加拿大、法國、日本、南韓等數十位專家學者，以及來自東南亞的約一百位青年學子參加。
Secretary-General Huang Kui Bo represented the Association at the "International Conference on ASEAN Studies (ICONAs) held at Chulalongkorn University in Bangkok, Thailand on August 3-4, and delivered a speech on "New Trends in ASEAN Studies" on the 3rd. The conference also included dozens of experts and scholars from Southeast Asia, the United States, Canada, France, Japan, South Korea, and about 100 young students from Southeast Asia.
