Giulio Terzi, former Italian Foreign Minister, and Adolfo Urso, former Italian Under-Secretary of Economic Development, came to Taiwan on March 27, 104 to give a lecture on "Global Security and the Rule of Law", discussing human rights, the development of the rule of law, and the recent threat of ISIS in Europe and Asia, and specifically discussing Republic of China the role of the Islamic State threat. The role played by the Islamic State threat was moderated by Dean Li Ming of the School of International Affairs at Cheng University, and the President of the European Affairs of the University of China gave a speech before the meeting.
