本會將於3月27日（五）上午10：00舉辦座談會，邀請義大利前外長Giulio Terzi與義大利前經濟發展部次長Adolfo Urso前來主講，主題是「Global Security and the Rule of Law」，探討歐洲與亞洲人權、法治的發展與近期伊斯蘭國的威脅，尤其中華民國做為亞洲國家的人權燈塔，兩位外賓將特別討論中華民國在伊斯蘭國威脅中所扮演的角色。
該座談會由本會歐會長開場致詞、政治大學國際事務學院李明院長主持、淡江大學歐洲研究所鄒忠科教授（邀請中）與談。此次為義大利前外長Giulio Terzi與義大利前經濟發展部次長Adolfo Urso首次訪華，進行深度交流，機會實屬難得，敬請踴躍報名！

Venue: International Conference Hall, 2nd floor, Institute of Foreign Affairs and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (2F, No. 280, Sec. 1, Dunhua
On Friday, March 27 at 10:00 am, the Association will host a panel discussion, inviting former Italian Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi and former Italian Under-Secretary of Economic Development Adolfo Urso to speak on the theme "Global Security and the Rule of Law" to explore human rights, rule of law development and recent ISIL threats in Europe and Asia, especially Republic of China as a human rights beacon for Asian countries, two foreign guests will discuss Republic of China role in the IS threat.
The seminar was opened by the President of the European Council, moderated by Dean Li Ming of the School of International Affairs of the University of Chengchi, and Professor Zongke of the Institute of European Studies of Tamjiang University (in invitation) for talks This is the first time for Italy's former Foreign Minister Giulio Terzi and former Italian Minister of Economic Development Adolfo Urso to visit China for in-depth exchanges. The opportunity is really rare. Please register!
