美國布魯金斯研究所（Brookings Institution）東亞政策研究中心、財團法人台北論壇基金會、社團法人對外關係協會28日在台北舉辦「2015年台灣內外政策環境的展望」國際研討會，外交部長林永樂在場邊受訪時表示，台灣爭取加入TPP和RCEP，中國大陸是很重要的因素，「至少大陸不要反對」。兩岸若有更多經濟合作，對台灣來說是最好的發展。
Brookings Institution East Asia Policy Research Center, Taipei Forum Foundation, and Society for Foreign Relations held an international seminar on "2015 Taiwan's domestic and foreign policy environment outlook" in Taipei on the 28th. Foreign Minister Lin Yongle said in an interview on the sidelines that Taiwan's bid to join TPP and RCEP, China is a very important factor, "at least the mainland does not object". More economic cooperation between the two sides is the best development for Taiwan.
