「2015年台灣內外環境政策的展望」國際研討會
民國103年10月28日（二）9：30 a.m. – 5：00 p.m.
　2015年轉眼將至，不論是亞太區域各國國內民主政治的最新動向，或者國與國之間的合作與衝突，對我國政治、經濟之發展都將有重大的影響。
　美國布魯金斯研究院(Brookings Institution)東亞政策研究中心(Center for East Asian Policy Studies, CEAP)今年將與財團法人台北論壇基金會、社團法人對外關係協會共同舉辦題為「2015年台灣內外政策環境的展望」之國際研討會，邀請外交部林部長永樂於開幕時，發表題為「我國活路外交政策之成果與展望」之演講，並邀請日本、南韓、美國、中國大陸及我國學者專家討論東亞各國民主治理、經濟議題及兩岸關係相關議題，並進一步勾勒我國2015年內政與外交政策環境之可能發展。
　研討會備有同步口譯，各場次皆開放來賓提問，請憑邀請函參加。獲邀請函且回覆主辦單位之來賓可於會場享用午餐。

International Symposium on "The outlook for environmental policy in Taiwan and abroad 2015"
October 28th (Tue) 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
2015 is approaching, whether it is the latest developments in democracy within the Asia-Pacific region or the cooperation and conflict between countries, it will have a significant impact on our political and economic development.
The Brookings Institution's Center for East Asian Policy Studies (CEAP) will co-host an international seminar this year with the Taipei Forum Foundation and the Society for Foreign Relations, entitled "The outlook for Taiwan's domestic and foreign policy environment in 2015". Foreign Minister Lin Yongle is invited to deliver a speech entitled "Our country's foreign policy achievements and prospects" at the opening ceremony. He also invited scholars from Japan, South Korea, the United States, mainland China and China to discuss issues related to democratic governance, economic issues and cross-strait relations in East Asian countries, and further outline the possible development of China's domestic and foreign policy environment in 2015.
Seminars have synchronized interpretation. Questions are open for each session. Please attend by invitation. Guests who are invited and reply to the organizer can enjoy lunch at the venue.
