經過緊鑼密鼓的準備後，對外關係協會將於於103年3月30日上午，假花蓮阿思瑪麗景大飯店，與國立東華大學公共行政學系共同舉辦協會正式成立後的首場座談會！
本次座談會以「區域經貿整合：臺灣的機會與挑戰」為題，由對外關係協會會長、前外交部長歐鴻鍊大使，及國立東華大學公共行政學系系主任、前陸委會副主委高長教授主講，並由國立東華大學歐盟研究中心主任、前行政院研考會主委朱景鵬教授及國立政治大學外交系副教授、對外關係協會黃奎博秘書長主持。
另外，我們還邀請到立法院李先仁最高顧問、王廷升立委、國民黨花蓮縣黨部蔡啟塔主委、民進黨花蓮縣黨部郭應義主委等貴賓出席參與討論。歡迎花蓮的朋友們共襄盛舉！
After intensive preparation, the Association for Foreign Relations will hold the first symposium after the formal establishment of the Association at the Asmaryview Hotel in Hualien on the morning of March 30, 103 together with the Department of Public Administration of National Donghua University!
The seminar, entitled "Regional Economic and Trade Integration: Opportunities and Challenges for Taiwan", was delivered by Ambassador Ou Ying, President of the Association for Foreign Relations, former Foreign Minister, and Professor Gao, Chairman of the Department of Public Administration of National Donghua University and former Deputy Chairman of the Mainland Affairs Council. It was also moderated by Professor Zhu Jingbin, Director of the European Union Studies Center of National Donghua University, former Chairman of the examination committee of the Executive Yuan, and associate professor of the Department of Foreign Affairs of National Chengchi University and Secretary-General of the Association
In addition, we also invited VIPs such as Li Xianren's top advisor, Wang Tingsheng's Legislative Yuan, Cai Qita, KMT's Hualien County Party Department, and Guo Yingyi of DPP's Hualien County Party Department to attend the discussion. Welcome friends of Hualien!
