外交部 Ministry of Foreign Affairs, ROC（Taiwan）參事暨前發言人高安女士爲紀念雙親對國際事務的貢獻與熱忱?，於臺大成立「高森先生與譚芳蓂女士夫婦國際交流紀念獎助學金永續基金」，嘉惠臺大出國研修實習的學弟妹✈️
陳文章校長親自出席捐贈感恩茶會外，也邀請 遠景基金會 陳唐山董事長（前外交部長）、對外關係協會【Association of Foreign Relations】林永樂會長（前外交部長）、沈冬教授（前國際長）及 語言訓練測驗中心 - LTTC 李欣穎教授與會見證??，並由袁孝維國際長與廖珮真財務長與高安參事簽署捐贈合約?，致贈感謝獎牌，本次茶會也特地請今年暑假至美國 IBM 與英國皇家植物園實習的學生分享心得??‍♀️
?臺大國際處持續推動國際交流與培育國際人才?，本年首創 #臺大國際引水人計畫，媒合學生至企業、研究機構與頂尖大學實習。2024年將有更多的海外實習機構加入，並有更多的臺大學子受惠。

“Hansen Shen Kao and Tan Fang-Ming Kao International Exchange Memorial Scholarship” Appreciation Tea Party /
In honor of her parents’ dedication and passion for international affairs, the counselor and the former spokesperson of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Anna A. Kao, established the “Hansen Shen Kao and Tan Fang-Ming Kao International Exchange Memorial Scholarship" in cooperation with National Taiwan University. The Scholarship aims to benefit students from NTU pursuing overseas research and internships.
President Prof. Wen-Chang Chen attended the event. Other attendees included Chairman Dr. Tan Sun Chen of the Prospect Foundation (former Minister of Foreign Affairs), Chairman David Y.L. Lin of the Association of Foreign Relations (former Minister of Foreign Affairs), Prof. Tung Shen (the former Vice President for International Affairs and the former CEO of The Language Training & Testing Center [LTTC]), and Prof. Hsin-Ying Li (CEO of the LTTC).
The donation agreement was signed by Prof. Hsiao-Wei Yuan, Vice President for International Affairs, and Prof. Pei-Cheng Liao, Vice President for Financial Affairs, as well as by counselor Ms. Anna A. Kao. The event became more personal when appreciation medals were awarded and students who interned at IBM in the United States and the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew in the United Kingdom this past summer shared their internship experiences.
NTU OIA is consistently promoting international exchange and nurturing global talents. This year marked the inaugural launch of the NTU Overseas Internship Program, facilitating student internships at businesses, research institutions, and leading universities abroad. In 2024, more overseas internship opportunities will be added, benefitting a greater number of National Taiwan University students.
